According to the review results, please revise your paper and prepare its final, camera-ready draft.
To format the draft, please use this template file or its equivalent format. We strongly ask the authors to provide the draft in a PDF or PS file.

The proceedings will be printed in black/white. The maximum number of pages allowed per paper is 10 pages. If your paper exceeds this limit, we will ask "extra page charge" to the author.

The draft must be sent to DEWS2004 secretariat office, by e-mail by DECEMBER 15, 2004.

CAUTION: We include the submitted draft to the workshop proceedings under the condition that one of the authors, who is going to present the paper at the workshop, makes workshop registration described below.

At least one of the authors of a paper must attend the workshop to present the paper.
Authors who are presenting papers are requested to make conference registration by filling the Registration Form in PDF (*revised on Nov.26) and faxing it to the secretariat also by DECEMBER 15, 2004.
Note that this deadline is earlier than that for the general participants (Jan 31, 2005).

If one of the authors does not make this registration by the due date, we can not include his paper to the workshop proceedings.
